1.	Minimum stay: one week, starting from Saturday at 4:00 p.m., with departure the following Saturday no later than 10:00 a.m. Check-in is not possible between 1:00 and 3:30 p.m. and between 9:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. .
2.	Payment of the advance deposit signifies total acceptance of these reservation terms.
3.	The entire amount for the booked period must be paid, even in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
4.	If the reservation is canceled, the advance deposit will only be returned behind written notification, which Management must receive at least 30 days prior to the booked period.
5.	On arrival, a security deposit of Lit. 200.000 must be paid and will be entirely reimbursed on departure only if the bungalow is left perfectly tidy and clean. Otherwise, related costs will be withheld. Lit. 30.000 will be withheld for the reservation fee.
6.	Pets are not allowed inside the bungalows.
7.	It is strictly prohibited to light fires or wood or charcoal barbecues.
